Inspiration and Style

As a filmmaker and DoP, the Star Wars universe profoundly influences my work. I admire its storytelling and the dark, contrasty imagery that creates a colorful, diverse, and magical universe. Despite its darkness, there’s always light and hope.

Path to Filmmaking

My journey into film was inspired by my creative parents. Growing up, I was immersed in movie discussions and helped with their business, sparking my curiosity for science and leading me to study Media Technology at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg. There, I held my first cinema camera and produced my own shorts.

Professional Experience

For the past two years, I’ve worked as a directing DoP at VIRUS, a division of the Markenfilm Group known for quality content and simple solutions. I also take on freelance work and passion projects like music videos and shorts. If you’re interested in collaborating, I’d love to hear from you.
